1. Introduction

Welcome to the DOB Dynamic NFT Series, an exclusive collection of NFTs designed to offer both digital collectibles and access to bonus community rewards. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Dynamic NFT Series, including any associated bonus draws, giveaways, and promotions (collectively referred to as the “Program”).

By participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.
• The Program is open worldwide unless restricted by local laws. Participation is void where prohibited.
• DOB reserves the right to restrict access based on jurisdictional legal requirements.

3. Nature of the NFTs

• Each NFT purchased in the Dynamic NFT Series is a unique digital collectible with standalone value.
• The primary purpose of these NFTs is as digital art and collectibles.
• Any bonus draws, giveaways, or reward distributions are promotional add-ons and not the primary purpose of the NFT.
  

4. Bonus Rewards

• By purchasing a Dynamic NFT, you may unlock access to bonus rewards, which may include ETH prizes, real-world goods, exclusive art drops, or other benefits.
• Bonus rewards are funded entirely by the proceeds of each series drop, with allocations made to:
  
  • The featured artist
  • A selected charity (a different one for each series)
  • The future rewards pool
  • Bonus reward participants
• DOB takes no profit from this initiative. 100% of funds are reinvested or distributed according to the above.

5. Transparency & Randomization

• Where bonus rewards include random selection (e.g., for prize distributions), DOB uses provably fair methods (such as Chainlink VRF or equivalent) to ensure transparency and fairness.
• All draws will be publicly verifiable.

6. No Gambling or Lottery

• The Dynamic NFT Series is structured as a digital collectible sale with bonus promotional rewards.
• These NFTs are not lottery tickets, gambling products, or securities.
  
  • The purchase of an NFT is for the collectible itself; bonus rewards are optional perks that do not constitute the primary purpose of the sale.
• Where required by law, a free-entry method will be provided to ensure compliance. Full details of any free-entry process will be published alongside each series.

7. Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal requirements in their jurisdiction related to their purchase or any bonus rewards received.
• DOB disclaims all liability for local compliance beyond providing clear and fair terms of participation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All NFTs in the Dynamic NFT Series are the intellectual property of the featured artist and/or DOB unless otherwise specified.
• By purchasing an NFT, you receive ownership of the digital collectible but do not receive any commercial rights unless explicitly granted.

9. Limitations & Liability

• DOB makes no guarantees regarding the future value or resale potential of any NFT in the Dynamic NFT Series.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOB disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• DOB reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any part of the Program where required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Privacy

• Participation in the Dynamic NFT Series may require certain data (e.g., wallet addresses) to be collected for verification and fulfillment purposes.
• DOB respects your privacy and will never share personal data outside what is required to operate the Program or comply with legal obligations.

11. Amendments

DOB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
